②お電話（6467-0070 / 6469-6488）
ご予約枠の即時確保が可能ですが、仮予約のみの受付でございます。
お電話の後に、下記内容を当院メールアドレスにご送付ください。

・患者様ご本人のお名前（ローマ字）：
・仮予約の日時：
・担当医師/カウンセラー：

2営業日以内にご予約確定の返信をいたします。
ご予約前日までにメールをいただけない場合、仮予約は取り消しとなり、ご来院頂いても診察をお断りさせていただくことがありますことご了承ください。

Guidelines regarding appointments made by telephone

The clinic's appointment system requires appointments to be made over the counter or by sending us an email.
Please note that appointments made by telephone are treated as provisional appointments, and email from patient is required to confirm the appointment.

The email must be sent within two working days of the telephone call. If the appointment is on the next day, please send the email on the day of the call itself.
Please email to clinic@jas.org.sg with the date and time of your appointment and your name.
We will reply to your email within 2 working days.

If you do not receive any reply, please check the email address as it may be incorrect, or your Junk mail folder.
Please note that appointment will be voided if it has not been confirmed one day before the appointment.
We apologise for the inconveniences and sincerely thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
